In-Person Training

Move your body in a warm, safe, unintimidating environment. Our small boutique fitness studio located in SE Portland on SE Belmont provides a space for all bodies to empower themselves through movement.

 

What are semi-private sessions?

Custom programming for each person (virtual or in-person) focusing on your specific goals and needs. Share the hour with other Root & Branch members at a fraction of the cost of private one-on-one training.

Want to hop out of your chair and chase after your kiddos or grandkids? Play a game of pick up soccer on a whim? Grab a pack and hit the trail on a weekend?

Functional movement prepares your body for everything. We start with aligning your pelvis ribs and cranium for optimal movement patterns, then stabilize and strengthen your joints and core so they are ready for anything life throws at you! Age with vitality!

 

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Other gyms sell quick fixes that aren’t sustainable and lead to burnout and injury. We work together with our clients to establish healthy long term habits, positive relationships with food, and empowering motivation to move your body. Reach and maintain your goals in a healthy balanced way!

 

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

Prepping for race season? Want to up your soccer game and keep up with the young bucks? Recovering from injury and want to get back on the field? We work with you to establish a solid and stable foundation then create a detailed and specific program using evidence-based methods to get you performance-ready and play your best!
